Email contact@bloxtoolgrid.com. That address is read by the person who maintains the site, and there is no ticket system behind it, so plain English is fine.

To make a reply faster, put the reason in the subject line. The four below cover almost everything people write in about.

What to write about

A value looks wrong

This is the most useful message you can send. Tell us the game, the exact item name, and what you believe the value should be. If you have seen the item trade recently, saying roughly what it went for helps more than anything else. Values on this site are community estimates and they move, so corrections from people actually trading are how a list stays honest.

An item is missing

New items appear faster than any list keeps up with. Send the game and the item name and it goes on the list to be added.

Something is broken

A calculator that will not add an item, a page that will not load, a total that looks impossible, a layout that breaks on your phone. Tell us the page URL and what you did just before it went wrong, and say whether you were on a phone or a computer. Those two details usually turn a vague report into a fixable one.

Game names, logos and artwork belong to their respective developers, and this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any game developer. If you hold rights to something used here and want it credited differently or removed, email the address above and it will be dealt with promptly.

What we cannot help with

A few things come up often and are worth saving you the message. We cannot recover items lost in a trade, act against another player, or influence anything inside a game. This is an independent fan site with no access to any game’s servers, accounts or moderation. Anything that happened in game has to go to that game’s own support or Roblox.

We also cannot tell you what an item will be worth next week. The lists here describe what the community is trading at now, and nothing more than that.
