How Pet Simulator 99 Values Work

This is the one game on this site where the values are not a community opinion. Every figure here is RAP, Recent Average Price, which is the average price a pet has recently traded for, calculated from actual transactions rather than a vote. It comes out of the game's own service, so it behaves like a real-time ticker rather than a price list somebody maintains by hand. There is no central pricing authority in this game: the developer does not set pet prices, the market does, and RAP is the record of what the market did.

That makes it more reliable than most value lists and it does not make it the truth. RAP lags behind fast-moving markets, so what players actually demand in live trades often differs from it, and a pet with collector status can carry a premium the number has not caught up with. Treat it as a reference point, not an absolute truth. It is excellent for telling you whether an offer is roughly sane and poor at telling you what a hyped pet will fetch this weekend.

Huge, Titanic and Gargantuan Pet Values

The tier in a pet's name is the first filter worth using, and the split is more lopsided than people expect. Of the 2,861 pets tracked here, 964 are Huge, 298 are Titanic, 58 are Gargantuan and the remaining 1,541 carry no tier prefix at all. Gargantuan pets top the tier list, followed by Titanics, then Huges. There are 11 rarity tiers underneath that, and Exclusive dominates the trading market so completely that the other ten rarely decide a price on their own. Real-money marketplaces put rough brackets on the same ladder, with Gargantuan listings running up to a thousand dollars, Titanics around $300 and Huges topping out around $75, which is a useful sanity check even if you never touch one.

Where it gets interesting is that the very top is not all Gargantuan. Titanic Abstract Dominus and Titanic Hippomelon sit above every Gargantuan on RAP, and the reason is printed right beside them: 56 and 82 in existence. Gargantuan Starfall Dragon has 28. Scarcity at that level stops obeying the tier ladder entirely. Run it the other way and the point lands harder. Huge Bison has about 173,932 in existence and Huge Stingray over a million, which is why both are available for very little despite wearing the same Huge prefix as pets worth thousands of times more. Titanic Piggy Piggy is the usual answer to the cheapest Titanic for the same reason, with thousands in circulation rather than dozens.

Pet Simulator 99 Variant Values: Golden, Rainbow and Shiny

Most sites will tell you Golden is roughly 4x base, Rainbow roughly 8x, and Shiny 10x or more. Those numbers are averages of things that do not average well. Take Huge Chroma Phoenix: its Rainbow is about 7.8 times its Normal price. Now take Titanic Piggy Piggy: its Rainbow is about 3.5 times. Same variant, same fusing recipe, less than half the effect. Apply one multiplier across a list and you will be wrong on nearly every pet, usually in the direction that costs you.

So this list does not use one. 2,604 of the 2,861 pets carry the game's own recorded price for each variant combination, which means the Rainbow figure you read is a real recorded price and not a calculation. Only the remaining pets, the ones with no variant ever recorded, fall back to a multiplier, and even those fallbacks are medians of real ratios rather than round numbers: Golden 1.8, Rainbow 6, Shiny 8.2, Shiny Golden 46.6 and Shiny Rainbow 135.4. Golden comes from fusing 3 Normal pets and Rainbow from fusing 3 Golden pets, so a Rainbow is nine Normals deep, and Shiny arrives separately through event eggs, which is why it is highly collectible with a smaller buyer pool. All of them command substantially higher values than standard versions, and event-exclusive pets hold those values best, because new supply stops when the event ends.

Why Pet Simulator 99 Values Change

Faster than the list can be rewritten, and for a reason worth understanding rather than complaining about. Prices shift with supply, demand, hype cycles and update timing, and each new update makes older pets harder to find, so the whole board drifts upward while individual pets fall. Event-exclusive pets hold value better than anything else, because new supply stops the moment the event ends and the exist count freezes.

The trap is the first 48 hours of a new pet, when prices are inflated and everybody is buying. Supply then floods the market and prices correct, and the sensible buying window opens 2 to 3 weeks after release once hype cools. The exist counts in the demand column are the best early warning you have: a number that is still climbing means supply is still arriving, and a frozen one means it is not.

How to Read the Pet Simulator 99 Value List

Use the type filter before you sort, because sorting 2,861 pets by value tells you what is expensive and nothing about what you can afford or shift. Then read the exist count next to each pet, which is the developer's own figure for how many are in circulation. That column is scarcity rather than market demand, and in this game it predicts price better than any tier label: 56 in existence and 16,397 in existence are different assets even when the tier badge is identical.

The habit that separates traders who keep their gems from traders who do not is checking every pet in a deal, not just the headline one. Never enter a trade without checking the current RAP for every pet involved, then confirm the variant, because variant blindness is worth a factor of ten and costs more people more gems than scams do. When you have an actual offer to weigh, the Pet Simulator 99 trade checker totals both sides, and the Pet Simulator 99 value calculator prices a single pet with its variant. The same lists exist for every other game we track.

Pet Simulator 99 Values FAQ

What does RAP mean in Pet Simulator 99?

Recent Average Price. It is the average of prices from actual player transactions, taken from the game's own data rather than a community poll, and it works as a reference point rather than an absolute value. It is accurate about the recent past and slow about the present.

What are the most valuable pets in Pet Simulator 99?

Gargantuan pets top the tier as a group, followed by Titanics, but the single highest RAP figures belong to a handful of Titanics with double-digit exist counts. Sort this page by value for the current order, since it changes with every large trade.

What are the rarest pets?

Exclusive tier, and within it the Shiny or Rainbow Gargantuans. Rarity here is worth reading alongside the exist count, which tells you how many actually exist rather than how hard the tier sounds.

How much is a Golden, Rainbow or Shiny worth?

It depends entirely on the pet, which is why no single multiplier is used here. Rainbow is close to 8x on one pet and closer to 3.5x on another. Where the game has recorded a price for that exact variant, that recorded price is what you see.

What is the cheapest Titanic pet?

Titanic Piggy Piggy is the usual answer, and the reason is its exist count rather than anything about the pet. Several thousand exist, against double digits for the Titanics at the top of the list.

What is the cheapest Huge pet?

Plenty are available for very little. Huge Bison and Huge Stingray are the standard examples, and their exist counts explain why: one has over a hundred thousand copies in circulation and the other more than a million.

Why does another site show a different value?

Usually timing, since RAP moves with every trade and two sites rarely refresh on the same schedule. Always cross-check: if one site says 100M and two others say 70M, something is off, and the odd one out is normally the stale one.

What does the exist count tell me?

How many copies are in circulation, straight from the developer's own count. It is the most reliable predictor of price in this game, and it is why two pets in the same tier can be worth a thousand times different amounts.
