Fly and Ride come from separate potions that grant properties for riding and flight capability, and traders specify status traits when they quote, which is where FR, NFR and MFR come from. If you are pricing a fully potioned pet, read the figure here as the floor for its form and expect the potion status to sit above it, with No Potion, Fly, Ride and Fly Ride being the four states anyone will name at you mid-trade.
