How Toilet Tower Defense Values Work

Toilet Tower Defense is a Roblox tower defense game where collecting and trading units is crucial for success, and the awkward fact underneath that is that nobody official prices anything. TTD values are community estimates of how in-demand a unit is, expressed in Gems as a common scale, and they are not set by the developers. They are a snapshot of what traders have been willing to swap for, which is why a reliable value list is what stands between equitable trades and quietly losing gems every week, and why it is also the main way to avoid scams.

Because it is a snapshot, it moves. The trading economy shifts daily on updates and player demand, and new events, crates and dupe waves change circulation constantly. Read the date above the table before you quote anything from it, and treat the ordering of units as far more durable than any individual figure.

What Decides a Unit's Value in TTD

Scarcity is the single biggest factor and it is not close. Limited event units, vaulted or discontinued crate units, and older releases that can no longer be obtained sit highest, because supply is capped while interest keeps flowing. Rarity works through the same mechanism: limited-time crates increase value precisely because the crate stops existing.

Traders generally name four factors, and the other three finish the picture. High-demand units command 15 to 30% premiums over equally scarce ones nobody wants. Meta viability holds a stable value, since strong defensive units stay useful after the hype passes. And signatures are real money here: developer signatures add 500 to 1000 gems and YouTuber signatures add roughly 150 gems for popular creators, which is why developer-signed units jump so visibly, a Speakerman goes from 1300 to 2300 gems signed. Variant status counts too, with Shiny versions ranked separately and valued higher while duped units are ranked much lower. None of that is on this list, which prices plain unsigned units, so treat all of it as an adjustment on top of the number you see here.

TTD Unit Tiers and What They Are Actually Worth

The tier names mislead more than they help, and the medians show it. Ultimates lead at around 6,700,000 gems across 24 units, then Celestials at 1,200,000 across 11. After that comes a cliff: Crates at 50,000, Godly at 25,000, Mythics at 15,000 and Exclusives at 10,000. Exclusives is the largest tier in the game with 137 units and sits below Crates, which has 45.

Below that the floor arrives fast. Legendary medians around 1,200, and Basic, Epics, Rares and Uncommon all sit at single-digit gems, which in practice means they do not trade at all. Anyone who has been offered a stack of Epics as the balancing half of a deal has been offered nothing, dressed up. Two tiers carry the whole economy, one tier is filler, and the rest is decoration.

Why the Most Valuable TTD Units Are Not the Easiest to Trade

Here is the thing the top of the list will not tell you. Telanthric Titan is the most valuable unit in the game at 4,000,000,000 gems and its demand sits at 4 out of 10. Titan Infected Speakerman is worth 650,000,000, roughly a sixth as much, and its demand is 7.8 out of 10. Titan Colosseus Maximus at 500,000,000 rates 2 out of 10. Value and liquidity are close to unrelated at the very top of this game.

That matters more than it sounds, because a unit you cannot move is a unit you have bought rather than traded. Very High Demand units sell dramatically faster than equally priced alternatives, low-demand units are difficult to resell at any price, and unstable ones can crash 20% overnight. The demand column on this page is on a 10-point scale and 413 of the 462 units carry one. Read it beside the value, not after it.

How to Read the TTD Value List

Filter by rarity to find things, then compare within a tier, then check demand before you commit to anything. Sorting the whole list by value is only useful for admiring the Ultimates. The practical work happens in the middle, where Crates, Godly, Mythics and Exclusives all overlap and the tier badge tells you almost nothing about which side of a swap you should be on.

One thing this list deliberately does not carry is Shiny and duped pricing. Shiny versions are ranked separately and valued higher in the community, and duped units much lower, but the source data for both is unreliable enough that publishing it would be worse than leaving it out.
