How to Use the TTD Value Calculator
Search for a unit on either side, set the quantity where you hold more than one, and read the totals in Gems. There is no variant dropdown because this list prices plain units only, so what you are comparing is the base unit on each side and nothing else. That is a limitation worth knowing rather than working around.
Use the rarity filter to find things quickly among 462 units, but do not lean on it for judgement. Tier names in this game are a poor guide to worth: Exclusives is the largest tier and sits below Crates on median value. The TTD value list lays that ladder out properly, and the TTD trade checker turns two totals into a verdict.
What the TTD Calculator Counts
Gem values, and only the plain unit. That covers the large majority of real trades, because most units are traded unsigned and unmutated, and the totals are directly comparable since everything sits on one community scale.
What sits outside the total is worth adding by hand. Developer signatures add 500 to 1,000 gems and YouTuber signatures around 150 for popular creators, which is meaningful at the low end and rounding error against an Ultimate. Shiny units are ranked separately and valued higher, and duped units much lower, but neither is priced here because the available data is not trustworthy enough to publish. If a unit in your trade carries any of those, adjust the figure yourself rather than assuming it is included.
What the Calculator Cannot Tell You
Whether the trade will actually complete. Demand in this game diverges from value more sharply than in almost any other on this site: the most valuable unit in TTD rates 4 out of 10 on demand while a unit worth a sixth as much rates 7.8. High-demand units command a 15 to 30% premium and Very High Demand units sell dramatically faster, so two equal totals can be very unequal trades once you try to move what you accepted.
It also reads a snapshot rather than a trend. Values shift daily with updates, leaderboard resets, new crate releases and dupe waves, and unstable units can crash 20% overnight. Without checking, traders routinely overpay by 50 to 100% for unpopular units, which is exactly the mistake a total hides: the arithmetic can be perfect and the deal still poor.
Why TTD Value Lists Disagree
Freshness first. There is no developer pricing to anchor against, so every list is a community estimate on its own update schedule, and in a game whose economy shifts daily two sources sampled a week apart will differ on the volatile units and agree on the stable ones.
Scope second, and it explains the wild ones. Some lists fold Shiny and duped variants into the same table, some price signed units, some do neither. A figure that looks three times too high is usually a Shiny, and one that looks far too low is usually a dupe. Check what a list is actually pricing before deciding it is wrong, and be sceptical of any source that contradicts itself between its own body text and its own FAQ, which is more common in this game than it should be.
TTD Calculator FAQ
What unit does this calculator use?
Gems, the community's common scale for TTD trading. The values are community estimates rather than developer pricing, since the game publishes none.
Does it price Shiny or duped units?
No. Shiny units are valued higher and duped units much lower, but the source data for both is unreliable enough that publishing it would mislead. Everything here is the plain unit.
Does it include signatures?
No. Add 500 to 1,000 gems for a developer signature and around 150 for a YouTuber signature on top of the total. On a low-value unit that can double it; against an Ultimate it disappears.
Does it account for demand?
No. It totals value only. Demand is published on a 10-point scale on the value list, and in TTD it is worth reading carefully, because value and demand come apart badly at the top of the market.
Is it free and does it need an account?
Free, no account, nothing stored. It runs in the page and works on a phone.
Can I share a calculation?
Yes. The link in your address bar updates as you build, so copying it hands the other player both sides exactly as you set them up.
